Director’s Welcome
I have created and developed my vision for MTPS, one which focusses on what we believe Teresites should aspire to be, the skills they will need in life, and the impact we want them to make in the world. I have called this vision MTPS Progressive Future: A place to discover. A place to collaborate. A place to grow.
An MTPS education matters ! we are a kind community where curiosity and creativity are valued, where everyone aims high. On our campus, we see the evidence all around us that fostering young people in mind, body and spirit - an educational ethos established and unchanged for more than 50 years ago - remains the best foundation for life today.
As a school, our strength is, whether the student be three or fifteen years old, each student donning our unique red blazer is known and nurtured - we make it our mission to know what makes them tick! This is reflected in the success of our school leavers, with 100% results and more than 80% distinction in grade X year after year.
Our 4-acre campus in the heart of Bangalore is an ideal educational setting for all those growing up within the MTPS family. On top of excellent on-site academic, performing arts, sport and outdoor pursuit facilities, we are fortunate to be situated in the city and to take full advantage of the rich culture and attractions of North Bangalore.
We offer each of our students the opportunity to make the most of their talents and gain a wealth of new experiences in a happy, encouraging environment. We want our students to leave us surrounded by friends, with the best grades possible, being fully prepared to make their mark on their rapidly changing world.
I am often asked what makes us special and I can confidently say that when you visit us, you should be able to feel the distinctive ethos and inclusive atmosphere of MTPS. I look forward to welcoming you to experience what we offer for yourselves.
